Think about the trees as they shed their leaves, which come slowly falling to the ground. There is a movement from top to bottom. The release of the leaves on top of trees nourishes the ground beneath it. Soon the trees will be bare, their “bones” exposed but they remain grounded and alive as do you during times of transition.
